On September 28, we observed 10 adults nectaring as a group on our black knight butterfly bush. Prior to that date, we observed at least 5 together as a group throughout each day for several weeks. We have not seen additional visits until the two visitors on October 1. It seems there are fewer traveling our way. It is quite rare to see 0 visitors a day. Today is October 2.
