It has been two days since we saw a hummingbird. About 11 am we noticed a juvenile Ruby hummingbird carefully approaching one of our 2 feeders. It then darted over to the second feeder and then darted over to the garden and began nectaring at the Cardinal vine and Amistad Salvia. We saw it one more time at the feeder within a short time and did not see it again. 68 degrees, cloudy, wind ENE 6 mph.
