Monarch butterfly eclosion on a goldenrod. I have been monitoring this butterfly since caterpillar, J and chrysalis; it took 20 days from chrysalis to eclosion. Butterfly looks big and healthy and I have plenty of goldenrod for nectar so I think it should still migrate just fine. Days temperature have been around 70's; night temperature mid-high 50's.
