Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 10/09/2021

Number: 1

I saw what appeared to be a newly-eclosed monarch nectaring at an aster in my backyard. As soon as I went to get my camera, it flew away and spent a few minutes circling over our house and yard. I then lost track of it, but it seemed that it might be generally going southwest.
