About 12:30 pm on Sat Oct 2, partly cloudy at the OKC Regatta festival in the Boathouse district, made a new friend in the spectator section at Finish Line Tower when we realized monarchs were flying over head and beside us an overall rate of 1-2 or more per minute. Some visible at relatively high altitude These monarchs had just safely crossed I-40, were parallel to I-35 headed south.
