Observed 16 Monarchs today. They were feeding on butterfly bushes, occasionally flying up to the tree tops, and briefly resting in the hackberry trees about 40 feet up. Mostly clear with a few cumulus clouds. Temp 86 degrees with E-SE winds from 6-12 mph.
