1 female eclosed early this morning. Larva was found on milkweed in my butterfly garden. Raised in screened porch on stalks of milkweed. She is the last of the season for me. Altogether, I successfully raised and released 141 Monarchs this year (89 females and 52 males). The season started a month earlier than previous 2 years. First born was on July 4th. I believe I was fortunate to see two generations rather than just the migrating generation. Monarch waystation 6764
