My mother-in-law saw a hummingbird in our front gardens from her window early Sunday afternoon (she insisted it was a hummingbird—she knows what they look like). I kept watch as best I could for the rest of the day with my camera handy but no luck of seeing it myself. It was just passing through I guess. Still keeping fresh and clean feeders and thankfully with no killing frosts yet—flowers still going. Even seeing lots of bugs. Feels like a late summer’s day.
