At 6:45 am we had a juvenile Ruby hummingbird feeding heavily at the feeder. It left the feeder and went directly below to feed at the Amistad salvia. I did not see it again. I think this is the same hummingbird that has been here for several days now and it may have left today. 59 degrees, WSW 5 mph, cloudy.
