I wish I had a picture, but I missed my opportunity. One beautiful monarch was at my flowers in the afternoon. I was so surprised because in my year and three months living here, I hadn’t seen one at my house. But lo and behold one came! I actually planted milkweed in the spring in hopes that I could attract them. So maybe in a year or two, it won’t be just a chance visit!!
