We are experiencing a huge wave of Monarchs here in N Georgia - unlike anything we've ever seen. For at least the last 10 days of sunny warm weather Monarchs have poured into our own flower gardens, we see them overhead everywhere we drive, and then there's Gibbs Gardens' new wildflower hillside where 100's are flying and nectaring (see my 10/13/21 report there). Just yesterday 10/15/21 when I walked out in our yard at Noon I counted 15 Monarchs in b'fly bushes, cosmos, lantana, torch sunflowers, anemones. There have been some every evening till dusk. Let's hope this means a good Winter for them!
