Two adult Monarchs flitting overhead seemed to be engaged in a mating ritual. They stayed together flying across Longbranch Ave, close to S 7th, and disappeared from view. They darted and circled, staying with each other, while flying 15 or so feet above the ground. I lost sight of them over the houses.
