During the second half of October daily multiple sightings of individuals flying Southward down the Highway 98 corridor along the eastern shore of Mobile Bay. Numbers increasing daily as the month draws to a close. Fairhope is a monarch butterfly city so single migrants are seen in every area of downtown where each street corner has nectar flowers planted on a monthly rotation by the city.
