I observed 13 Monarchs today from noon till 2:30 pm. Its been overcast most of the day with intermittant sun. The aversge windspeed is 3mph. All Monarchs are headed southwest. Five of the 13 were nectaring on Salvia, Fragarent Mist Flower, Gregg's Mistflower or Mexican Sunflowers. I was able to Tag two Monaechs today.
