An Anna's hummingbird has been reported by Colorado Rare Birds in Boulder County, sightings from Nov 26th to the 28th. I don't know if it's still in the area. For more info go to Cobirds.

Off-course and stray young hummingbirds can show up when least expected, and it's why I keep a couple of feeders going practically year-around. I once had one show up once in early December, and another in early March, different years.
