Four monarch butterflies observed seeking nectar throughout landscape (certified wildlife federation yard). Time of photo [77 degrees F, sunny, 5 mph winds from the south]. Additional butterflies (fritillaries, sulphurs, and skippers), honey and native bees , and two hummingbirds were observed. Note: The monarchs were aggressive in seeking indivudal flowers fending off other butterflies.
