Habitat

Date: 12/15/2021

Number: 1

I've been working toward building a habitat for bees and other pollinators, butterflies and birds in both front and backyards for 5 years. All native plants. A flock of cedar waxwings spent one entire day eating berries from my Bradford pear tree. Their noise drew the attention of blue jays, cardinals and red-bellied woodpeckers who joined in the craziness. Haven't seen that many birds in one tree in one day in a long time. Weather very warm and humid. Some native milkweed still blooming.
