The Virginia Living Museum reports ~50 Red Emperor tulips planted today in the Children's Learning Garden center bed by museum staff. [area temporarily closed to the public due to Covid protocols]. The Children's Learning Garden began with the planting of Journey North Red Emperor Tulips in the fall of 1998.
