I planted 6 milkweeds last summer. Since then they've taken off and I've had a few batches of monarch caterpillars. This is probably the most I've seen at any given time. I've also seen two chrysalises resulting in butterflies. The milkweeds have since "self seeded" and I have two more small milkweeds - that are now being devoured by the monarch caterpillars.
