First saw 20 or so Robins out kitchen widow late morning, now have hundreds on the property at Noon. Feeding on the ground and many in trees. They're quite vocal - just chirping. Jays or a turkey buzzard periodically disperse them but they soon return. Have never seen anything like this in January! Fascinating! We had very frigid temps yesterday with snow early evening changing to rain with rising temps overnight. Light rain ended with light snow this morning. Wind is picking up mid day and temps are due to drop again today/tonight. Will be interesting to see what all these Robins do!
