Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 01/14/2022

Number: 6

We purchased a couple of Milkweed plants in early January. An adult monarch frequented the plant and we soon had over a dozen caterpillars who ate the plants clean! 6 of the caterpillars made their way to the house and settled in for the change. 3 of those have now transformed into beautiful adult Monarchs. One has left. 2 are still here drying their wings and getting stronger it appears. 3 others are still waiting to make their transformation.
