Saturday, Feb 12, 2022;8 a.m., sunny 40°F but damp-chilly.
One adult eagle "on the iced-frozen" water of the Chemung River, Athens, PA. Appeared to be eating something but we were traveling in our car & it was difficult to see what food it would have been. Awesome sight, ON THE ICE!!
