The photo is of the Monarch in flight because the Monarch kept flying up and down the road and I was never close to them when they briefly landed.

The 3 Monarchs were west of Cow Creek Grade. They were along Martin Grade Road east of Murphy Tram Road and west of Cannon Grade Road (mislabeled on Google Maps as Mossy Hammock Grade).
