This date: Friday, 25 February 2022:
Arrived later than usual (1530) at the Monarch overwintering site, as I was surveying in other parts of the rather large Chickasawhatchee WMA.

There have been 12 days with temperatures of 32F and below during the 2021-2022 cold period.
The coldest temperature was 23F. It looks like the cold days may be over.

Habitat: Field Field with Jointed Charlock - Raphanus raphanistrum (Mustard Family) next to swamps.
Coastal plain of inland southwest Georgia.
