Adult baldy. I make it a habit not to bird while I drive, but as I was stopped at a stop sign, and had no traffic anywhere near, I sat there and watched it as it seemed to be coming from Cattaraugus Creek area maybe toward a nest?? I'll go back down there to see what I can spot.
