I saw 1 red emperor tulip bloomed on the ground! Nothing on the pots yet. I planted this with mixed tulip which is not observed for monarch, but they have bloomed 5 tulips, while Red Emperor only had this one. I am still excited thou. It looks the red bleeds, very interesting.
