Reported by Don Davis: Don Tyerman, Biodiversity Specialist, Presqu'ile Provincial Park, reports hearing (but not seeing) at least 5 male red-winged blackbirds in the park on Monday, March 7th. Later in the spring, huge flocks of red-winged blackbirds will arrive in the park, and continue their migration north. This park and region have extensive marshlands.
