Continuation of 2nd season of monitoring at this Monarch overwintering site - 21st report this 2021-2022 season (12/06/21-03/16/22) at THIS location.
Only one (01) Monarch and no Queens seen today after they over-wintered here (please see previous reports-there were 50 or more Monarchs this winter). Today's lone Monarch flew by me approximately 2450 feet to the west of the overwintering site.
