Heard the calls of a Sandhill Crane that sounded very close so I went to investigate. These two spent several hours picking around in the grass and garden beds in our yard and in adjacent yards before wandering off. Initially, they were right next to the windows in our sunroom, probing around in the leaves I used for winter mulch in the flower beds.
