At Audubon Society Peveto Woods sanctuary, 8 adults flitting about. Surrounding area is thin beach and swamp, Peveto offers rare tree cover. Those that we could identify were male. All were dull colored.
Along the Gulf coast hiway, driving 4 miles, we counted another 7 individual monarchs flying eastward.
