We started having milkweed in our garden in Spring 2021, and had a very active season that included monarchs sightings after Hurricane Ida that lasted into January (our last chrysalis opened on Feb 5th, 2022). We have 2 varieties, tropical and balloon milkweed. All 7 eggs were found on tropical milkweed plants.
