At Google today we saw a few eggs on the old milkweed. Not sure if they are the same we've been reporting on or if they are new. In looking for the group of larvae we saw last week they appeared to be gone until I spotted these at the base of one plant. It was hard to get an accurate count as the Lupine is engulfing the milkweed plants in this area. New growth is now emerging at the bases of many of the milkweed plants so they've never been completely out of food for a year.
