Looks like a first year male rubythroat that came in on 30th, spent night came to feeder at 7 :15 a.m.
Then alternated Mexican honeysuckle, then feeder for over an hour. Ignored Coral autumn sage Black & blue salvia, peach tree blooms, fuschia. It however checked out blooms on native Texas red bud yesterday before storm.
This one's familiar with what blooms in Mexico and Central America apparently.
We are back in overnight 50's
Think he left after 8:30 a.m
My sister in Flynn, Texas relayed a hummingbird came to her feeder yesterday, not seen today.
