He or she flew past while working in a client's monarch waystation meadow. There is lots of common milkweed in this location which is an old pasture, but not of it is up here yet of course. I saw butterfly weed (just barely) up last week in Old Fort (about 30 minutes south east and at a lower elevation) so I imagine it will be up here in a week or so.
