Monarch Egg (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 04/15/2022

Number: 20

Second female seen this year unloading tons of eggs on my little seedlings hardly up. Interesting fact: monarchs flying north at this point only are laying eggs on butterfly weed ignoring the pots of swamp I set out. Second year I was able to confirm this visually. Sadly, not enough coming up fast enough to feed them.
