Chisholm Creek Park, Wichita, KS I saw my first Adult Monarch of the spring on Tuesday morning, April 26, 2022. It had stopped to rest on a small tree in the park. Another park visitor told me she saw one adult on the 26th and one on the 27th.
Common Milkweed is up (up to 2-~10" in height) in the Great Plains Nature Center Native Garden and in various areas of the CC Park.
