Thursday evening, May 5th, at 718pm (Eastern) the 1st adult Male Ruby-throated Hummingbird came to our 2 sugar water feeders! This is just a bit early for us, normal arrival dates fall between the 8th and 10th of May the past 20+ years. Warm day of 66°F blue sky with a light wind. He stayed around for about 15 minutes feeding, flying off, then coming back to feed some more. My Husband saw it first, he had the better view of our 2 sugar water feeders than I did.
