The two Rubies I reported as 1st of the season about a half hour ago, are continuing to visit the feeder that I can readily observe. One male kindly settled on the feeder perch, allowing me to determine his gender by the shape of his tail. While feeding, another flew in front of him and presented himself. Then, the second one flew off and came back to the window I sit at in the kitchen. Luck, the light from the house shone on his neck, so it looks like I have two males, currently. The second little guy flew off and quickly returned to my window. He appeared to be very interested in checking out the kitchen. Interested to see if they stay, or fly on to a better restaurant.
