My first time joining Journey North! Today I happened to see an adult monarch fly by twice across my front yard (either the same butterfly or one of two), at about eye height (5’ or so). Color seemed vibrant but sightings were fleeting. Milkweed is sprouting up everywhere in both my front and back yards. So exciting!
