After hearing via this site that they were in the area, my grape jelly went uneaten until the first warm morning we had. And they spent all day flying around and noshing on the jelly and oranges my neighbors and I have out. Woohoo!! Summer is here, and Rachel’s Dessert Bar (the corner of my landscape where only oriole and hummingbird feeders are…and a little bird bath…and where I’m working to plant a bunch of pollinator friendly bushes and flowers… is open for business!
