Both common and swamp milkweed are sprouting with last 2 warm days but very small. I checked the growth this afternoon (Sunday 5/15) and found eggs on the small sprouts not there in am. I gave not seen a Monarch but some mama visited today. 29 eggs that I counted (may have missed some on the sprout stems)

I am on the north side of Whitefish Bay (north of Milwaukee) 1 block from Lake Michigan.
This is 2 weeks earlier than the earliest i have previously found eggs in my yard.
