Earthworm (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/18/2022

Nice fat nightcrawler poked most of its body out a couple days ago in our first thunderstorm & withdrew as I moved closer.
I've seen an abundance of little finches, Robin's, blackbirds & flycatchers moving in & looking for places to nest all week. Found a Robins egg on the ground last week, a few feet away from the tree with their nest in it. My buddy is trying to incubate & hatch it but the egg fell from 30 or 40 feet up. Not sure the embryo survived the impact, even though the egg did.
