Mother sighted laying eggs on milkweed April 16 (https://journeynorth.org/sightings/query_result.html?record_id=1526572774); egg hatched into caterpillar April 25 or 26 (found 26th; see photo). Within 2-3 days, found 3 additional caterpillars, not watched. Single caterpillar reared under protective netting and hatched May 23; flew off night of May 23-24.
