Spotted first Monarch of the season. She was flying around my back yard and landed in the dogwood tree where I was able to tell it was a female. He wings were in perfect condition. She did not stop at my nectar garden or any flowers to feed. She for the longest time spent time sitting on my swamp milkweed. She never did lay any eggs.
