Monarch habitat 29393. Female laying eggs, seen both 5/30/22 on front milkweed beds and then on 5/31/22 back milkweed beds. As you can see in the picture, she chooses the smallest milkweed plants to deposit eggs. These eggs will be left to mature in their natural state, since I have upwards of 400 - 500 milkweed plants, in numerous natural prairie habitat areas, on my property.
