Found 4 eggs when surveying my abundant common milkweed. There were some signs of leaf pillage (ants?). Usually see many more eggs when observe the first batch of eggs.
Saw a flash of orange in the garden a few days ago, but was so brief I was unable to positive ID a monarch so didn't report.
