I spotted my first Monarch Butterfly ever in June, usually it is after the Fourth of July where I live. She was by herself in a patch of milkweed along the woods. I did not have my phone or camera, but did go back looking for her, I did not see her again, but did find seven eggs. Savings the Monarch’s has begun!
