Common milkweed is three feet tall and blooming. Noticed lots of chewed places and found this caterpillar. Had first caterpillars in early May on very tiny milkweed. Perfect time as lots of fresh maturing plants and lots of tiny plants coming up. Not sure if this is from a late female traveling north or early going south but happy to see it.
