Monarch habitat 29393. Observed the same female in my yard Everyday (since my last report) on 5-31-22, depositing eggs. She appears washed out in color and prefers to lay eggs on the small milkweed. I herd her over to the designated milkweed area, to stop her from seeking out and depositing eggs on tiny stems popping up in the grass. My daily ritual is pulling them before she can get to them.
