I saw an adult female Monarch land on the Milkweed I planted for them. She was going through the motions of laying eggs on the underside of leaves but I couldn't see any eggs. I built a butterfly garden 2 years ago with lots of native flowers and milkweeds. This is the earliest I have seen one here. She was very fast so picture is a little blurry. She was a beautiful sight in North Attleboro, Massachusetts!
